Four Packs, Different Lands, New Generation

Four packs roamed the lands, peacefully you could say but then chaos hit.
A cyclone rakes through the lands of the four packs and opens a portal. Out of the portal appeared a rabid diseased wolf who preys on any creature coming in contact with him.
A month later a large container ship is spotted just off the shore and is illegally dumping toxic waste into the sea. Some wolves soon find out that drinking the water gives them abnormal markings, strength or even wings. So these wolves finding themselves to be more powerful than the packs, ban together and make a pack. None of the packs know what this new pack is called but they are rumored to be the Shadow pack.
But what the packs don't know is from the portal that the rabid wolf came through there was another wolf. He is old but wise and may be able to help them. Can he find any wolf that will listen to his words or will all the packs be lost forever?
With the new pack and the rabid wolf about will the four packs be able to stop the chaos.
